Casa Milya is an enchanting retreat situated right on the beach, centrally located in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. It is located a short walk from restaurants, groceries, and shops and only a 5-minute walk along the beach to the Banana Beach Surf Break.

Inside, it features a spacious living area that is perfect for gatherings and relaxing and a fully furnished kitchen with an island with seating for four. It is equipped with top of the line appliances, including coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven. This villa offers four master suites, each with an en-suite bathroom. Each opens up to the pool, and Bali Ocean View Master Suite opens right up to the beach as well. All the rooms have king-sized beds, and two of the rooms have a children's bed as well.

The outdoor area features a dining table on the patio that will easily fit your entire group, a yoga deck and BBQ are outside on the lawn. The pool has a swimming section and a tanning shelf, perfect for just chilling. The pool is surrounded by the house on 3 sides, and overlooks the ocean and lawn on the 4th side. There are lounge chairs and hammock on the lawn by the pool.
