The Elms at Lake Hayes Collection is a three-level residence comprised of three separate apartments. It is located on the shores of Lake Hayes and just a few minutes away from the Queenstown center and Arrowtown's main street. It features majestic views of the Coronet Peak and the Remarkables mountain range and panoramic views of Lake Hayes.

The place can be rented as a whole or each of the apartments separately. Each apartment has its own unique design and features. They have open-plan living areas, cinema rooms and hot tubs. The residence is comprised of a total of 10 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The first level has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two living areas. The second has four bedrooms with ensuite baths, two living areas, and a garage. And the last villa has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The property has several cozy outdoor seating areas where guests can admire the breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake. Each level has its own seating or viewing area in a patio, deck or terrace. Guests can also enjoy a BBQ and alfresco dining.
