Villa Amelia is located in the southern part of the island of Ibiza, in the Es Cubells area. It is situated close to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island like Cala Xarcu, Es Torrent, Cala Jondal, Cala d'Hort and many more. On these beaches, there are some of the best restaurants and beach clubs on the island. From the villa, there is a wonderful view of the sea and of the bay of Es Cubells and Porroig.

The villa consists of six double bedrooms split between the ground and upper floors, all with air conditioning and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor have a Jacuzzi-style bath tub, but all three have terrace access. The kitchen is modern and equipped with modern appliances. The property is completely fenced with electric gate entry and parking is provided for four cars.

The outdoor area has outdoor entertainment area for relax or enjoy alfresco dining and a private pool (9m x 5m) , surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and shade.
